We started with intuitive sourcing techniques, locating local suppliers and directly working what they had into the design process to save time. Working with our customer requirements, Once we had the parts and customer requirements, we created a steady stream of prototypes that allowed our customer to receive them, approve them, and request changes in a  timely manner. Once we had settled on a functional prototype, we created 5 more in a ‘pilot’ launch, for our customer to test them out in their seats. Once this was approved, we ran our internal tests, certified the product, and started full production.
